Two lucky winners of our competition will receive a family ticket to the Battle of Britain Airshow or the Combined Ops Military and Air Show.
This summer get ready for some great family events taking place at Headcorn Aerodrome, offering something for everyone. Taking place on Saturday 30 June and Sunday 1 July, the Battle of Britain Air Show has attractions for all the family, including flight experiences, a funfair, and stalls.
Enjoy our Battle of Britain display featuring representative aircraft from the Battle of Britain era at 11am and 3.30pm. Spitfires, Hurricanes, and other aircraft of the period such as the Tiger Moth and Harvard T6 will also take part. This activity is courtesy of the fabulous Aero Legends.
The Combined Ops Military and Air Show follows on Saturday 18 August and Sunday 19 August. This unique event has a variety of vintage and modern aircraft displays, on the ground and in the air. A family event which includes static military vehicles, living history re-enactment groups, arena events, military stalls, children’s entertainment, and food stalls to make this a perfect day out.
Both these great events take place at Headcorn Aerodrome,Shenley Road, Headcorn, Ashford, Kent, TN27 9HX from 10am to 5pm each day.
